Poster Abstract Guidelines
Abstracts are required from all poster presenters. Abstracts should be submitted through the website by April 17, 2023.
Abstract and Poster Guidelines
The abstracts will be no more than 250 words. They should highlight significant research results and include essential aspects of experimental procedure.
The poster size can be any size and up to 48 by 48 square inch. All measurements discussed in the abstract will be based on the Metric System.
Posters describing research should include title, author (s), affiliation, abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion, and major references.
The organizing committee will provide 48″ x 48″ foam-core boards for mounting the poster. Mounting material such as Velcro, push pins as well as easels will also be provided.
Poster setup will start on April 24, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. Presenters can talk about their posters during the Flash and Dash session from 4:30-5:00 pm on April 25. The poster session will be from 5:00-6:00 pm. All posters must be removed by 6:00 pm on April 25, 2023.
All posters from participating graduate students and postdocs will be judged and awards will be given based on the number of participants. Awards will be announced around 8:15 am on April 26.
